Our leadership team are responsible for overseeing Nockout’s management and ensuring collaboration between functions and in-market operations. It recommends and implements the strategy and related budget as approved by the Board. The GEC drives business and cultural transformation, reviews business performance and approves business development plans and major investments. It plays a critical role in talent management and development and oversees the integration of sustainability within business operations.
